There are limits to how hospitals can increase the number of patients treated using the same resources. They can increase staff workload or become more efficient. We will fully research the processes provided to us by your management that are inefficient to see where they can be improved. After we have performed the on-site component, we will consolidate those ideas and assign time frames in which they can realistically be achieved. We will provide your organization with a report listing all solutions and the steps that should be taken.

The cost of a Rapid Improvement Event can easily be recovered by an increase in the number of patients who can be treated in shorter amounts of time and by the decrease in ineffective and inefficient processes.

Our Rapid Improvement Event suggestions are designed to be implemented within a short time frame to gain an immediate return on investment. For those processes that are more complex, we also provide solutions that can be implemented within a month, 60 days, and 90 days.
